Security Policy
Our secure shopping cart uses 128-bit encryption to
safely encrypt credit card information. This means that only the purchaser and
vendor can read customers' credit card information. The vendor can process the
credit card numbers in the normal way.
Barclays Bank, HSBC and the Royal Bank of Scotland approve
this software
for their merchants to use.
We have integrated our store with the
Payment Service Provider known as Worldpay (who takes credit card numbers securely and carries
out the transactions online)
Making A Purchase
Buying from our online range is very simple. Although we
do not print a published catalogue, you can find a
full list of all our
products, available to print off or to browse our product range.
In order to shop for a product, locate it using the search facility or browse
categories. When you are ready, press the 'Add to cart' button, then confirm the
quantity and press 'Update'. To review the details of your order, simply press
the 'View order' button.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro on this site. We use full SSL encryption to encrypt your card details.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to process all
orders within 24 hours of their receipt at our premises (orders placed after
12pm will be processed the following business day). Despatch of your goods
occurs on the next working day and we suggest you allow up to 7-10 days for
postage.
Postage charges
Postage charges are added when you go to checkout. Overseas orders are charged for postage.
Please note we accept no liability for overseas orders which contravene
quarantine regulations within the destination country.
Tax Charges
All orders are priced inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, or the
prevailing rate. The price you see is the price you will be charged in total.
Credit Card Security
This site employs industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) encryption for accepting credit card payments. This means that the
details you enter are encrypted at the final stage of ordering, and then held in
encrypted format until they are processed by the Distinctive Waterlife mail order
system. At no stage are they held in clear text while online.
Check that you have SSL enabled by running your cursor over the padlock which
you will see towards the lower right hand side of the screen in your browser
when you reach the final page of the Checkout process. Please note that your
address and order details are not transmitted by secure network until the last
phase of ordering.

and easier. We do not store credit card details online. The information

Returns Policy
We always try to give you the very best products
available. However, occasionally problems may occur and if you consider the
goods to be less than satisfactory, please tell us.
If the goods are faulty in any way, you are entitled to a
credit on your account, a credit note or a refund for the value of the goods.
What if I wish to cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled up to 7
working days after the date of receipt of the goods by you for full refund. This
7 day period begins on the day after you receive the goods. You will be refunded
all monies paid within 30 days of cancellation. We may ask that you return the
goods at your own expense but you will be reimbursed for the expenses incurred.
Failure to do this will mean that we may have to deduct the cost of collecting
the goods from the refund.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
